Nolan Leso and Tyler Abell paced the Cougars (1-0) to a home win over the Bulldogs (0-1) in Farmington.
Leso made nine field goals and went 6 of 7 and the free-throw line for 24 points, while Abell drained four 3-pointers and was 6 for 6 on foul shots for 18 points. Tucker Fitch added nine points for Mt. Blue.
Cole Quirion hit four 3s and finished with 14 points, while Brayden Davidson scored 10 and Brady Richardson had nine for Lawrence.
