Ben Kyles and Jackson Leding each had two hits and two RBI, and the top-seeded Rangers (16-2) held off a late rally by the No. 4 Capers (11-7) in a Class B South semifinal at Cumberland.
Kyles hit an RBI single in the third inning to put the Rangers up, 2-1. Kyles added an RBI double in the sixth, then Leding hit a two-out, two-run single for a 5-1 advantage.
Keeler Vogt pitched 6 1/3 innings, striking out eight, but the Capers (11-7) three runs in the seventh on a groundout and errors before Ryder Simpson got Jimmy Hollowell to ground out to end it.
Gabe Harmon had three hits for Cape Elizabeth and Andy Choi added two.
