Will MacDonald scored 12 points and the Wildcats (12-2) opened the game on a 21-9 run to get past the Knights (4-10) in Poland.
Thomas Coughlin and Brady Cummins each added nine points for York, which led 33-16 at halftime.
Gage Bachelder scored nine points and Tyler Tucci netted eight for Poland.
