Jaden Boulanger’s last-second goal forced overtime, and the Falcons (1-1) prevailed over the Roadrunners (0-2) on Emma Koch’s extra-session goal in Salem Township.

Mt. Abram scored twice late in the second half to take a 2-1 lead. McKenzie Contreras netted the equalizer with 5:59 remaining in the game, then Autumn Polk scored the go-ahead tally with 2:29 remaining.

Mountain Valley moved the ball upfield in the final minute, and Boulanger booted a shot into the goal with one second remaining in regulation. Koch ended the game 2:58 into overtime.

Mountain Valley’s Paisley Clukey scored the match’s first goal with about 29 minutes remaining in the second half.

Falcons goalie Kloee Pelletier stopped eight shots, while Jany Pepin made six saves and Ruthie Gusler five for Mt. Abram.
