Pitcher Erica Hill fanned eight and held the Roadrunners (0-4) to two hits in the Greyhounds’ (1-1) five-inning victory at Salem.
Lisbon gained a cushion with a four-run second that turned a 3-2 lead into a 7-2 advantage. The Greyhounds then added three more runs in the third and seven in the fourth. Sophie Malloy had a triple and Marina Davis contributed three singles for the Greyhounds.
Mt. Abram pitcher Riley Monahan struck out five batters. Adrianna and Emily Marden each had a single.
