Cora Brewster scored off a direct kick in the second half to push the Bucks (8-5) past the Lakers (8-3) in Rangeley.

Buckfield had 17 shots towards Rangeley’s net.

Kianna Finnegan stopped all five shots she saw for the Bucks to earn the shutout. Kylie Slagg had nine saves for Rangeley.

Buckfield coach Larry Thornton said that Cori Merrill and Rangeley’s Breezy Quimby were defensive standouts throughout the game.
