The Cougars (8-4) pulled away with three third-quarter goals, and goalie Gwen Lesperance earned her seventh shutout of the season in a home win over the Dragons (2-8-2) in Farmington.

Lily Huntley scored in the first quarter for Mt. Blue off an assist from Bree Griffin. Huntley, assisted by Morgan Hersey, started the third quarter onslaught with her second goal. Then Reese Nye set up Grace Allen and Hersey capped the scoring with a goal set up by Abbi Donald.

Lesperance finished with three saves. Brunswick goalie Ella Duchette stopped 15 shots.
