Curt Heywood’s five goals topped the No. 2 Clippers (9-4) during their Class B quarterfinal match in Yarmouth.

The No. 7 Windjammers (6-7) stayed close during the opening quarter, using goals from Charlie Gribel, Andrew Levitt and Kieran McGrath to trail only 5-3 entering the second quarter. However, Yarmouth notched five unanswered goals in the second period and then nine more in the second half, to put the game well out of reach.

Anders Corey finished with four goals and two assists for the Clippers, and Michael Guertler three goals and four assists.
