Reese MacDonald scored 21 of his game-high 27 points in the second half as the visiting Wildcats (18-0) pulled way from the Knights (12-5) in Poland.
Lukas Bouchard added 18 points, and Patrick Beauchesne and Callan Forbes each finished with eight for York, which finishes the regular season undefeated.
Damon Martin led Poland with 20 points followed by Nick Jamo with 13 points and Alex Mains with 12.
