Gabrielle Smith dominated the paint and the glass as the Hornets (2-1) rolled past the Purple Panthers (0-4) in Turner.
Smith scored a game-best 23 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Caitlyn McCoy added 13 points and Jordyn Boulay 10.
Brooklyn Hart was Waterville’s top scorer with four points.
