Cai Dougher led the way as the Phoenix (9-1) won a high-scoring game over the Raiders (2-8) in Wales.
Dougher finished with 32 points, including four 3-pointers and 4-of-7 shooting from the free-throw line. Jace Bessey hit five 3s and added 26 points, and Austin Armandi and Levi Richards each scored eight for Spruce Mountain.
Braden Dubuc made five 3s and scored 24 points for Oak Hill, while Eli Desmond had 14 points.
