Kade Ippolito scored 13 of his 26 points in the second quarter as the Rangers (5-3) took the lead for good on their way to a win over the Spartans (4-5) in Cumberland.
Greely erased a five-point deficit by outscoring Sanford 19-10 in the second quarter, then broke it open with a 19-5 advantage in the third.
Luke Gendron led Sanford with 19 points.
