The Cougars broke away from a halftime stalemate by outscoring the Hawks 22-8 in the second half in Dixfield.
Abby Luczynski paced the Cougars’ (10-5) balanced attack with nine points, while Sophia Niño, Emily Woods and Diana Cayer each contributed seven points.
Sacopee Valley’s (2-13) Bridget Landry scored a game-high 11 points.
