Damon Martin scored 17 points and dished out four assists as the Knights pulled away in the fourth quarter for the win in Poland.
Jake Jamo added 15 points and six rebounds for Poland (8-4), which outscored Oak Hill 15-7 in the fourth quarter after leading 35-33 after three periods.
Eli Desmond scored 13 points for Oak Hill (3-11). Braden Dubuc and PJ Smith each had nine points.
