Bryce Wilcox scored a game-high 17 points and the Roadrunners (16-1) pulled away in the second quarter to beat the Bulldogs (9-8) in Madison.
Mt. Abram outscored Madison 21-5 in the second, turning an 11-8 lead into a 32-13 halftime advantage.
Chase Ross, who drained four 3-pointers, and Brennan Mitchell each finished with 14 points for the Roadrunners, who remain in first place in the Class C South Heal standings.
Jacob Linkletter led the Bulldogs with nine points, and Davyn Nichols had eight.
