The Falcons bounced back from a low-scoring second half to take down the Mustangs in Rumford.
Mountain Valley trailed 17-7 at halftime, then outscored Monmouth 12-0 in the third quarter and 10-9 in the fourth.
Madison Dow led the Falcons’ (3-2) comeback, scoring nine of her game-high 13 points after halftime, while Layce Boucher netted all six of her points in the second half.
Kaitlyn Frost led the Mustangs (3-2) with nine points, and Rileigh Chase scored seven.
