Hailey Tarbox scored her second goal of the game off a corner kick midway through the second half, lifting the Spartans (3-0) over the Hawks (1-2) in Sanford.

Tarbox opened the scoring in the first half, assisted by Ailey Mann. Marshwood’s Lily Hammond tied it with an unassisted goal late in the first half.

Sanford keeper Sophie Olivo made seven saves. Lana Emery of Marshwood stopped three shots.
