Mason Nguyen scored 10 of his 15 points in the first half as the Panthers (15-0) built a 36-16 lead on their way to a win over the Eagles (10-4) in Waldoboro.
Medomak also got 14 points from Kristian Schumann and 11 from Gabe Lash.
Terry Welle led Lincoln with 10 points.
