The Hornets’ defense created fast-break opportunities that helped them buzz past the Raiders in Wales.
Caitlyn McCoy hit three 3-pointers and put up a game-high 15 points for Leavitt (1-1). Gabrielle Smith added 13 points and Jordyn Boulay had nine.
