Jilyan Byrne scored a pair of second-half goals to help send the Raiders (1-2) past the Phoenix (0-3) for their first win of the season on the road in Jay.

Phoebe Sartory also scored in the second half for Fryeburg, with all three goals coming in the final 16 minutes after the game was tied 1-1. Emily Chaine notched an assist during the late run.

Sally Baptista opened the scoring for the Raiders in the first half, and Tateum Leclerc answered for Spruce Mountain on a breakaway.

Tyoaka Hodgkin made 11 saves in net for the Phoenix, and Juliana Pacini only needed to make one for Fryeburg.
