The Red Eddies defense allowed only seven first-half points in their win over the Broncos in Hampden.
Edward Little (2-1) led 16-7 at halftime, then both offenses got going in the second half.
Rachel Penny made two 3-pointers and led the Red Eddies with 10 points. Alexis Creaser and Hope Fontaine added eight apiece and Layla Facchiano scored seven points.
Hampden’s (1-1) Katelyn Adams hit four 3s and topped all scorers with 14 points.
