Ethan Patterson notched a goal and two assists as the Dragons (1-1) beat the Rangers (0-5) at Family Ice Center in Falmouth.
Cole Bowdich, Gabe Schumaker and Nat Rathbone each had a goal and an assist, and Avery Tatham also scored for Brunswick, which clinched the victory with two late power-play goals.
Greely’s Coben Donnelly scored a power-play goal earlier in the third period.
