The Witches (9-0) won a defensive duel with the Cougars (5-3) in Farmington to remain unbeaten.
Brewer held Mt. Blue to seven second-half points, and each team only scored three points in the fourth quarter.
Owen Fullerton, who had all three of the Witches’ points in the fourth, and Steven Youngs led Brewer with nine points apiece.
Mt. Blue’s Carter Norton made three 3-pointers and scored a game-best 13 points.
