A balanced scoring attack lifted the Lions (5-2) over the Purple Panthers (2-5) in Waterville.
Trevin Ripley and Odelyn Simon led Belfast with 12 points apiece, while Kaiden Benjamin and Luke Littlefield coached 10 each.
Waterville’s Derek Couture scored a game-high 24 points.
