Teigan Pelletier led the Vikings (17-2) with 23 points in a Class AA North quarterfinal win against the Rams (2-17) in Paris.
Holden Shaw chipped in with 16 points for Oxford Hills and Cole Pulkkinen had 12 points.
Wyatt Stevens had 18 points for Bangor while Matt Holmes had 12 points and Ryan Ford had 11.
