Paul Dilworth, Lucas Dilworth and Judd Armstrong combined for all but eight points as top-ranked Falmouth beat No. 4 Westbrook 52-33 in a Class A South boys’ basketball semifinal Wednesday night at the Portland Expo.

Falmouth (16-4) will face No. 3 Marshwood in the regional final at 8:45 p.m. Friday at the Expo.

Peyton Mitchell scored five first-quarter points, including a layup at the horn, as Falmouth closed the first quarter on a 9-2 run to take a 12-7 lead.

The Navigators then got several easy looks in the second quarter and went up 29-19 at halftime when Lucas Dilworth banked home an NBA-range 3-pointer at the horn.

Westbrook (14-6) tried to make a run in the third quarter, but Falmouth kept countering and the Navigators still led 38-31 going into the fourth.

Paul Dilworth led Falmouth with 17 points, Armstrong had 15 and Lucas Dilworth added 12.

The Blue Blazes were paced by Aiden Taylor with 11 points.
