Shea Farrell scored five touchdowns in the first half as the top-seeded Eagles (8-1) took control early and defeated the fourth-seeded Patriots (3-5) in an eight-man Large School South semifinal at Topsham.

The Eagles will be home against Yarmouth in the regional final next weekend.

Farrell returned a punt 47 yards for a touchdown and added four TD runs, including one from 57 yards, as Mt. Ararat built a 36-0 halftime advantage.
