The fourth-seeded Tigers (16-5) used a 24-8 fourth quarter to defeat the second-seeded Eagles (17-3) in the Class C North final at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.
Will Kusnierz scored eight of his game-high 14 points in the fourth quarter for the Tigers, who trailed by 21 points in the first half. Kayden Kimball and Seth Robbins each finished with eight points, helping Dexter advance to face Dirigo (17-5) in the state championship game at the Augusta Civic Center on Saturday.
Teague Smallidge scored 11 points, and Azaiah Nanson and Bryce Schneider each added 10 for George Stevens, which led 15-2 after one quarter, 25-10 at halftime and 32-18 after three quarters.
