Trevor Brown scored 13 points and three teammates added 10 apiece as the fourth-seeded Panthers (17-4) routed the No. 9 Black Bears (10-9) in a Class B South semifinal at the Portland Expo.
Patrick McKenney, Jake Bickmore and Gabe Lash also reached double figures, and Jacob Craig and Finn Parmley each finished with eight points as Medomak advanced to the regional final against No. 2 Yarmouth.
Tyler Hreben scored 14 points and Brayden St. Pierre had 10 for Maranacook, which was knocked off top-seeded Spruce Mountain in the quarterfinals.
