Maddie Provost scored her 1,000th career point and the Lawrence girls basketball team wrapped up an undefeated regular season with a 58-35 victory over Messalonskee on Wednesday in Oakland.
Provost, a junior, finished with a game-high 19 points, including four 3-pointers. Lilly Gray added 12 points for the Bulldogs (18-0), who are ranked No. 1 in this week’s Varsity Maine poll and will be the top seed in the Class A North tournament.
Addie Hafford and Lydia Parent each scored six points for the Eagles (3-15).
