Maddie Grimaldi made three 3-pointers in the third quarter as the Phoenix (16-1) broke open a close game with a 17-4 run against the Falcons (9-8) in Rumford.
Grimaldi got 17 of her 21 points in the second half as Spruce Mountain pulled away after leading 15-13 at halftime.
Ali Mazza led Mountain Valley with 12 points.
