Maddie Grimaldi sank three 3-pointers in the game’s first minute and Spruce Mountain built a 28-8 halftime lead en route to a 40-24 win at Yarmouth.
Grimaldi finished with 13 points, while Avery Bessey added 10 for the Phoenix (4-0).
The Clippers (2-3) were paced by 11 points from Rory Tompkins.
