Fisher Tewksbury had 22 points and 11 rebounds to guide the Cavaliers past the Rebels in Bingham.
Harry Louis had 22 points of his own in the win for Valley (9-0), which outscored Telstar 26-10 in the second quarter. Hunter Mills added 13 points and 16 rebounds for the Cavaliers.
Brody Morgan 12 points, Reiley Hedden (11 points) and Cooper Morgan (10) all scored in double figures for Telstar (7-4).
