The Bobcats (5-2) bounced back from a rough third quarter to beat the Rebels (6-3) in Richmond.
Richmond was outscored 12-4 in the third and trailed 32-25 entering the fourth, but they won the final period 21-8.
David Edwards (15 points) and Zander Steele (11) both scored in double figures for the Bobcats. Connor Deprey led Telstar with 11 points, while Jonathan Marshall had eight.
