Leo McNabb sank four 3-pointers and scored 15 points, Nicola Plalum added 14, and the Stags (3-0) held off the host Bulldogs (0-3).
Devin Walker led Portland with 11 points, but the Bulldogs were held to four points in the fourth quarter after cutting a 12-point halftime deficit to two in the third quarter.
