Teagan Atherley scored twice in the second half as the top-seeded Rams (16-1) beat the second-seeded Windjammers (14-2-1) in the Class A North final in Lewiston.

Atherley broke a scoreless tie just 1:44 into the second half. Moments after shooting wide of the net following a through ball, Atherley ran onto another through ball and slotted it into the right corner.

Atherley made it 2-0 with 28:04 remaining, blasting a shot into the top left corner.

Leah Snyder answered less than four minutes later, but Camden Hills couldn’t get the equalizer.

Bangor advances to the state championship game and faces Scarborough, a 3-2 winner over Gorham in the South final, on Saturday at Messalonskee High in Oakland.
