Lyla Casey scored her second goal with 14 minutes left to lift the North Yarmouth Academy girls’ soccer team to a 2-1 win over Waynflete in the regular-season finale on Tuesday in Portland.

The Panthers (10-1-3), who lost to Waynflete (9-5), 1-0 on Sept. 29, locked up the top seed in the Class B South playoffs.

Casey scored off a corner kick by Ella Giguere three minutes into the game. The Flyers tied it when Lucy Hart scored on a penalty kick later in the first.

Ayla Stutzman made eight saves for Waynflete, while Sarah Moore stopped four shots for NYA.
