Marley Jervais knocked home the winner in the first overtime session for the Eagles (9-3) as they got past the Spartans (7-3-1) at Sanford.
Stella Jarvais and Kyla Harvie each scored for Windham.
Hailey Tarbox had both goals for Sanford, one in each half.
Ale Hidell stopped three shots for the Eagles, Sophie Olivo turned aside 10 shots for the Spartans.
