Casey Corcoran scored with an assist from Luke Tierney-Trevor in the 18th minute for South Portland (1-2-3), but Deering (5-0-2) tied the game on an own goal in the 74th minute as the Class A South rivals played to a draw in South Portland.

Adao Lufumbo-Mbenza made four saves for Deering. Red Riots keeper Michael Zaccaria finished with eight saves.
