Kali Judkins’ fourth-quarter goal pushed the Cougars (5-0) past the Red Eddies (3-3) in Farmington.
Judkins’ first goal of the game gave Mt. Blue the initial lead early in the first quarter, but Leah Thibodeau answered for Edward Little eight minutes later. Both of Judkins’ goals came off corners, with Summer Sawyer assisting each time. Thibodeau’s goal was also scored off a corner.
Kasey Smith made three saves for the Red Eddies, who had to survive 17 penalty corners by Mt. Blue. Gwen Lesperance made two saves for the Cougars.
