The top-seeded Hawks (18-1) scored all eight points in overtime to fight off the ninth-seeded Crusaders (11-9) in a Class B North quarterfinal at Cross Insurance Center.
Grace Page paced Hermon with 14 points. Charlotte Caron and Megan Tracy tossed in eight apiece.
Lacey Scanlon had 10 points for John Bapst, while Jamie McQuarrie had nine, including eight in the fourth quarter.
