Riley Linn hit two free throws with 50 seconds left to put the Wildcats (9-1) ahead 47-45 as they went on to beat the Hawks (4-7) in South Berwick.
Brady Cummins, who scored a game-high 19 points, and Will MacDonald each hit a pair of free throws down the stretch to help York pull away. MacDonald added 14 points.
Ian Bryant scored 18 points for Marshwood.
