Undefeated Winthrop (7-0) had the final say when Moriah Hajduk scored the game-winning goal with 5:23 let in the first overtime to beat Spruce Mountain 1-0 and deliver the Phoenix (5-1) their first loss of the season Friday.

Maddie Perkins was credited with an assist, and Winthrop goalie Alva Agri made two saves.

Spruce Mountain goalie Melissa Bamford made 10 saves. The Ramblers outshot the Phoenix 9-2.
