Junior guard Lauren Eastlack drained a game-high 18 points and made seven steals to lead Rangeley to a 70-29 victory over Vinalhaven in girls’ basketball action Friday evening.
The win is the 401st of Rangeley coach Heidi Deery’s career. Her 400th win came Tuesday against Temple.
The Lakers (5-1) produced 46 points in the second half. Senior guard Brooke Egan contributed 16 points and eight rebounds for Rangeley.
Guard Hope Cluff led the Vikings (1-5) with four field goals and five free throws for a team-leading 13 points in the losing effort.
