Mike Simonds and Nik Hester netted six points each as the Yachtsmen (10-2) outscored Thornton (8-3) 17-10 during the fourth period for a four-point win in Falmouth.
Falmouth rallied at the beginning of the fourth, changing a three-point deficit into a three-point lead, and then converted seven free throws in the period to hold off the Trojans.
Simonds finished with 19 points while Hester scored 16 and pulled down 14 rebounds. Dylan Griffin tallied 16 points for the Trojans, and Robert Gawronski 11.
