Ben Sawyer had an RBI single and Ben Stasium followed with a two-run double as the Bulldogs (4-2) started with a six-run top of the first and didn’t let up as they rolled past the Blue Blazes (1-6) at Westbrook.
Donny Tocci and Stasium each finished with a pair of hits for Portland, which scored in every at-bat.
Starter Brian Riley went the first four innings for the Bulldogs, allowing just an unearned run on four hits, with five strikeouts and one walk.
Lucas Knapton had a double for Westbrook.
