Julia Colby and Jadah Adams netted 11 points apiece to lead Oxford Hills to a 40-38 triumph over Portland in girls’ basketball action Saturday evening.
The Vikings (3-0) battled back after an 18-15 deficit in the first quarter to edge Portland by two at the final buzzer. Maggie Hartnett chipped in with two 3-pointers for six points.
Amanda Kabantu and Elizabeth Yugu scored nine points each for Portland (1-2) in the losing effort.
