A two-run double from Sam Peterson and a Noah Fitzgerald sacrifice fly sparked athree-run surge in the fourth inning as the Hawks (3-3) edged the Bulldogs (1-2) in Berwick.
Marshwood’s DJ Cagnina got the win, allowing four runs on five hits and striking out three in four innings. He also went 3 for 4 with a run scored, while Peterson and Chase Stanley finished with a pair of hits each.
Tyler Shelgren and Tucker Boys had two hits each for Berwick Academy.
