From start to finish, Oxford Hills controlled the game and came out of its Class AA showdown with Lewiston with a 77-35 win on Monday night in girls’ basketball.
The Vikings (8-1) were led by Cassidy Dumont’s 18 points, followed by Julia Colby’s 17 which included three treys. Oxford Hills jumped out to a 23-11 lead after the first quarter and never looked back.
Lewiston’s Emily Strachan led the Blue Devils (3-6) with 11 points with five total field goals made Monday night. The Blue Devils had eight players contribute in the scoring column.
