Tyler Haines’ 17 points paced Gorham (8-4) during a victory over the Trojans (8-4) in Saco.
Grant Nadeau added 12 points for the Rams, Nick Strout 11 and Bode Meader 10. Dylan Griffin’s 16 points led Thornton.
Meader and Jordan Bretton sank 3-pointers to open a fourth-period lead for Gorham, and the Rams converted nine free throws in the period to maintain the lead.
